Have you tried, maybe you can get your name from there through MySpace and Indie Public, and even try to sell it and Esty. I am a designer and found it was a good opportunity there, not only in the network and my name, but my work for sale at the national level.
I have an idea for the sale of paintings. You can nieghborhood to a few cafes and ask if you can paint a couple of hanging there? Every artist or his paintings hanging in my church, if they sell and to give the Church a turnover ratio. For prices, go to the local store and buy a book or go to the Libray, and to borrow books, good luck
