Get a can of WD-40 is a wonderful thing to stay home, I've always just at hand. Then turn the presidency. If the seat attaches to the main shaft, where the call is likely. Even if you do not Springs, spray the heck out with WD-40 and use a paper towel to wipe the drops. Squeak is party president.
